What is the difference between Call Queue System (CQS) and Call Greeter Plus (CGP)? and iGreet  products?   they all take the calls right?

Yes they can take the calls  answer them and keep them on hold and remind you

CGP is configurable for purchase with or with out auto answer and/or available in a low monthly “pay as you go” plan ( until such time you decide to purchase it at a discounted price) or can be purchased in 6 payments

CGP can answer all the rings then announces all the lines you need to take periodically e.g. if lines 2 and 3 and 4 ring it will take them and then announces “caller waiting Lines 2, 3, 4” once somebody takes line 2 it will be announcing “caller waiting Lines 3, 4” if now line 1 rings it will take it and announces “caller waiting lines 1, 3, 4”

iGreet 2LPro or iGreet 4LPro products are 2 line version or 4 line version of the CGP product that can be purchased in one payment

CQS is a cloud based monthly service that includes an interface box for your PBX or analog phones.

CQS answers all the rings but places the calls in a queue then delivers them orderly in the form of “1st come 1st serve basis” and may re-sort the calls as needed, it will announce the calls  one line at a time periodically –

for example if lines 2 and 3 and 4 ring it will take them and then announces “caller waiting Line 2” once somebody takes line 2 it will announce “caller waiting line 3” if now line 1 rings it will take it but still announces “caller waiting line 3” after some one takes line 3 it will announce “caller waiting line 4”  and  then after line 4 is picked up it will announce “caller waiting line 1”

How often do I get reminded about calls I need to take?

every 30 seconds

Can I change this period?

yes you change it in the range of every 10 seconds to every 2 minutes

Can I get a ring sound reminder instead of verbal reminder announcements?

Yes you can choose a ring pattern instead of verbal announcement

Can I change the verbal reminder announcement?

Yes you change it – female or male voice  or create your own custom one in any  language you may prefer

How does the reminders come to me?

they come from the device built-in speaker and can be heard easily and you can adjust the volume. If you have a larger area or loud workplace you may connect a multi media speaker to EXT jack on device for much louder volume.

At which ring does CGP or CQS or iGreet  answer the calls? can I change it?

default is 1 st ring but you can change it from 1 to 6 rings

Can I answer calls Live or do I have to wait for CGP, CQS or iGreet to take it ?

Yes you can answer the calls Live any time just select the line that ringed, the system detects this and will not take it or it releases it to you  even if it just took it

You can also set number of rings to say 4 and let the system take the calls only when you can not get to them live timely

does CGP and CQS and iGreet provide Music and messages on Hold functions if I place the calls on Hold my self  at any time ?

Yes, they provide this function on regular analog phones or PBX phones as well.

Can I create / customize my own custom greetings and on hold messages?

yes, you can just follow the instructions and use the provided tools and software.

Can I just order custom Greetings and custom messages for my business?

yes, from any source or from us

I have regular analog phones (standard non system 2 or 4 line telephones such as cordless base + extension phones etc. ) which device can I use?

if you do not need auto answer order iHold 2LP or iHold 4LP or Call Greeter Plus (selecting just MOH in configuration)

if you do need auto answer function consider Call Greeter plus or iGreet products

if you have higher rate of  inbound calls ( such as Restaurants,  Pizza or other food order taking, Animal Hospital, Travel Agencies, Auto dealership, Beauty Salons, or many other situations were callers frequently call) consider the Call Queue System product.

I have PBX Telephone system which device should I get ?

if you do not need auto answer order iHold P or iHold Plus

if you do need auto answer function consider Call Greeter plus or iGreet products
